I think we need to ask what the political connection is here. Three citizens speak out against Wogen at the May 29th council meeting and all three statements are sanitized in the council minutes.

Keep digging nosy bodies and you would know that Donna Johnson was a close friend of Victor's wifes older sister!!! They lived near each other & went to school together!! They've only known the family for over 40 yrs!! Is that a good enough reason for you?!

The families have known each other for decades, yes. That makes everything even more suspicious. Johnson is covering for him by writing positive things about him and negative things about what citizens say. Johnson also facilitated the FOIA request and did not follow the proper proceedures. Why? Was it out of ignorance of the federal FOIA requirements? If so, there is training available for that.
You're reading way too much into this. It's really sad and I actually feel sorry for you.
I love how the pro-Wogen people (person) just tries to change the subject. Did Johnson help Wogen during the campaign or did she not help him for even one minute during PAID city time? She is elected, too. When she comes up for re-election (if she thinks she can still win) a vote for Johnson is not any different than a vote for Wogen. She did not have to allow the newspaper to put her picture up. She will be forever associated with the "I didn't read it" Wogen.
