Slick Vic didn't make it to the council meeting last night. Hmmm. This is interesting since there was a 'good government' rally downtown and then a march to City Hall. Do you think that he stayed home so as to not further humiliate himself? I mean, if he knew about the events that were planned earlier, it's conceivable that he didn't want to face more public criticism - especially in front of so many local business leaders.

His attendance is awful and for all we know he still isn't back in the ward. Does the phone number listed at the city website even work?
When is this Council going to address these problems?
