More details on how Wogen failed to pay his workers

Someone who violates the law like this should never receive contracts from the City of DeKalb - regardless of how low his quotes (bids) are, nor should he be allowed to operate anywhere inside the city limits. This is our community and it's time we took it back from unscrupulous officials.
